Please review our booking policies, payment terms, and catering agreements before confirming your reservation.
TERMS & CONDITIONS CONTENT
1. Deposit Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total estimated contract value is required to secure your booking date. Until the deposit is received, the requested event date remains available to other inquiries.
2. Payment Schedule
Final Balance
The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 14 days prior to the event date.
Late Payments
Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in service suspension or additional late fees.
Last-Minute Additions
Additional guests, rentals, or catering requests made within 14 days of the event must be paid immediately upon invoicing.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Booking Deposits
All booking deposits are strictly non-refundable.
General Cancellations
Payments made toward the event balance are non-refundable once services and preparations have begun.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request to reschedule at least 30 days before the original event date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
