BOOKING POLICY
Booking & Reservation Guidelines
Thank you for choosing MamaMtaa 254 Bites & Aura Event Design. We are committed to providing exceptional catering services, elegant event presentation, and unforgettable hospitality experiences. Please review our booking guidelines below before submitting your reservation request.
Reservation Process
All catering and event bookings begin with an inquiry submission through our website, phone call, email, or direct consultation with our team.
After receiving your inquiry, our team will:
Review your event details
Discuss menu and service preferences
Provide a quotation or customized proposal
Confirm availability for your requested event date
Booking Confirmation
Event dates are secured only after:
Approval of the quotation
Confirmation from our team
Payment of the required booking deposit
Until the deposit is received, event dates remain open to other inquiries.
Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the estimated total event cost is required to reserve your event date.
The deposit allows our team to begin:
Event preparation
Catering coordination
Staffing arrangements
Rental and décor planning
Final Payment Policy
The remaining event balance must be paid in full at least 14 days prior to the event date.
Failure to complete payment within the required timeline may result in delays, service suspension, or cancellation of services.
Guest Count & Event Updates
Clients must provide a final guest count no later than 14 days before the event date.
We will do our best to accommodate additional guests or last-minute changes; however, adjustments are subject to:
Availability
Additional staffing
Additional service charges
Menu & Service Customization
MamaMtaa 254 Bites & Aura Event Design offers customized catering experiences tailored to your event needs.
Clients may request:
Customized menus
Buffet service
Private dining experiences
Event décor styling
Specialty setups and rentals
Menu availability may vary depending on seasonal ingredients and product availability.
Event Setup & Venue Access
Clients are responsible for ensuring the venue provides:
Adequate setup space
Accessibility for catering equipment
Sufficient setup and breakdown time
Site visits may be scheduled when necessary to finalize event logistics and décor arrangements.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
All booking deposits are non-refundable.
Clients requesting to reschedule their event must submit their request in writing at least 30 days prior to the original event date. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
Booking Availability
Event reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Early booking is strongly recommended, especially during peak event seasons and holidays.

By submitting an inquiry or reservation request with MamaMtaa 254 Bites & Aura Event Design, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Booking Policy guidelines.
